The New Castle County Citizen Corps Council will be hosting a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) combined Basic and Advanced Storm Spotter class on Saturday November 6, 2010 from 10:00am – 4:00 pm at the Paul J. Sweeney Public Safety Building located at 3601 N. DuPont Hwy New Castle, DE 19720 in the Community Room. Lunch will be provided. For Directions to the Paul J.
