• Discussion about the Delaware Medical Reserve Corps and the State Emergency Registry of Volunteers (SERVDE) by Nicole Desmarais
o The Department of Public Health has a system to manage and identify volunteers through the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC). The system has been useful, but is currently limited to the MRC. Citizen Corps has been searching for a volunteer management system that would serve our purposes well, this system could do just that, but no agreement exists to share the technology.

• Open group discussion
o Discussion of Web 2.0 functions and how they are being used (blog http://ncccitizencorps.blogspot.com/, Facebook http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1537122965&ref=mf, Twitter http://twitter.com/ncccitizencorp).
